Nour means “light” — and this rug captures the beauty of natural light as it moves across raw earth. Woven in the valley near Imilchil, this piece was created by Fatima Zahra, who grew up watching the way the sun changed the colors of stone, clay, and wool throughout the day.
The rug plays with contrast: soft ivory lines against rich camel tones, like shadows dancing across adobe walls. There are no sharp edges here — only curves and contours, as if nature had shaped the pattern by hand. Noura is a piece of earth, of calm, and of quiet confidence.
