Kenza means “treasure” — and this rug carries that name for a reason. It was created by Najat, a single mother from the village of Aghbala, who turned to weaving as a way to rebuild her life after loss. Every line, every contrast is intentional: the crisp white for clarity, the deep indigo for strength, and the zigzag motifs for life’s winding journey.
While working on this piece, Najat often said, “Each knot is a step forward.” Kenza is her reminder that beauty can rise from hardship — and that every home deserves a piece with a soul.
